Payment in U.S. dollars and other currencies is accepted through our ESL store using PayPal.


There is a 15-day guarantee period for Class Packages.  The guarantee period starts on the day payment is successfully processed.  After the guarantee period, a refund will not be issued.

In addition, if a customer fails to attend any scheduled service without advance notice, a refund will not be issued.

The instructor or customer may cancel a service by giving at least 5 hours’ notice. 

The cancelled service will be re-scheduled to a date and time agreeable to both parties.

The Class Package includes an online account containing materials and quizzes created for your use.

You can use the calendar in our ESL store to schedule and/or submit payment for most of our services.  Don’t forget to apply your coupon code if you have one!

For your convenience, you have the option of reserving services in advance to guarantee the same day and time for future appointments.   (Time zoneOur company is located on the East coast of the United States.)

Activities and interaction will typically be in the target language of English.  That said, the instructor is currently learning Spanish.  English/Spanish can be used for classes and conversations to a limited extent.

Learning a new language is an investment of effort, time, and money.  To get the most out of your investment, please be sure to complete homework, tests, and other tasks that are assigned by the instructor.
